mY sIsTeR is mY bEsT fRiEnD!
I am blessed to have a great sister. She is smart and creative and she is like my bestest friend!
Prowling Through Stuff
I don't know what was more fun- playing dress up or going through mom's jewelry box...OR going through my sister's stuff! I think it was the later. My sister always had the neatest jewelry and "do-dahs" and she had cool shoes, purses and hats!
Mom did too but my sister's "stuff" was right there in our shared room. Even better was that some things she gave me and some things I kind of inherited.
Best of all- when I look at my own things, as an adult, I think about going through my jewelry box with my daughter-in-laws, grand daughters or simply take a walk down memory lane. There is something about a jewelry box that just draws in the blessing of being a woman and a child at heart!
